Collapsed and blocked drain

Reported via mobile in the Blocked Drain category by RICHARD GRIFFITHS at 12:49, Wed 18 June 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7727732.

This is ridiculous. This is Maybe the third or fourth time this has been fixed just to collapse straight away again. This time within two days. This is because they don't unblock the grate/drain when doing the work so it's always filled with water which makes it collapse again. Can you PLEASE sort this out properly so it stays fixed. Unblock the drain, then fix it. It's tripping people and kids up.
