New fly tipping incident has totally blocked the pathway. Mixed builders waste with unknown content

Fly tipping still here . Consider putting bollards at both ends of the track / path to stop vans dumping

At the northern end of this cycle path (close to the roundabout on Severn Way) please can you install bollards to prevent access of vehicles, who are intent on fly tipping.
