Knocked down wooden fence

Please be aware that there is a knocked down wooden fence into a shrubs area withing park grounds. This shrubs area is used by homeless, vandals and crack heads as a toiled, to dismantle stolen mopeds, dump rubbish, etc. nearby there is a large gas/butane tank dumped as well. This specific part of the grounds needs to be cleared of the outer brush,fallen tree branches and rubbish so people dont use it as a toilet as well

    Unfortunately soon after the contractor installed a temporary fence( disrepaired wooden fence) has been vandalised again by usual suspects on park grounds. Please alert local authorities for potential further illegal drug use/trafficking hideout
