Unpermitted roadworks problem

Since September 2024 a damaged manhole cover adjacent to 6 Wharfdale Square Cheltenham GL51 8DL has been causing difficulty to residents of the square as well as parents and children attending nearby Rowanfield Infant & Primary School. The pavement is unusable forcing pedestrians into the road and is a major trip hazard, particularly in the dark. Our tenants are being abused by passers by who think it is our responsibility to repair the damage. The matter has been raised and followed up on a number of occasions and is repeatedly ignored. If our tenants are injured or our property damaged due to your inactivity we will take legal advice.
