Drain is completely blocked with sand and builders rubble
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7719925.
This drain is completely blocked by sand and other builder’s waste. When it rains heavily, rain cannot drain into this drain, bypasses the drain, building up in the gutter down the road and can overtop the gutters onto the pavement at the bottom of the road. Please could this drain be cleared out?

I don't know if this is the same drain as the one mentioned above. The drain is blocked by what appears to be hardened plaster that is also running down the gutter. It is very unsightly.
