Gravel and debris at the end of Telegraph Lane

Due to flooding Friday 13th June the manhole cover was washed away. Barriers were put up around this but there is substantial amounts of gravel and debris across the road despite the manhole finally being fixed. Because it hasn't been cleared up or swept away it has spread across the road and I have just come along that part of the road and another car has catapulted one of the stones which has hit and damaged my windscreen. This would have taken no time for them to have cleared the remaining mess up and as a consequence now face an expense I shouldn't have to pay for.
