Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7718843.

Left my car on a permitted parking spot. Found it in the morning surrounded by cones, which was probably taken from the nearby power transmission groundworks area. Shop owner demanded that I abandon the public parking spot, or he will organise clamping my car. Next day I have parked in other free parking spot and found front of my car damaged by 'keying'. Unfortunately there are no cameras and I can't claim who did it. Please investigate if it is legal to reserve public parking space by placing orange and other cones?
