Rattling Drain in the road when vehicles pass

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7712939.

For the past few months I have noticed a lound noise when vehicles pass over a drain in the road near Tankard Close on the High Street. Its very loud and disburting as hundreds of cars pass over it in a day. It sounds like someone driving over a cattle grid. I would like to know who is responsible for maintaining this and would ask them to fix the issue asap
