Tree on public ground growing out of control and diseased

Tree that is at end of common access pathway is growing over into neighbouring private properties and looked like it is infested with some kind of bug. The pathway is also overgrown with nettles and weeds with lots of dumped waste

Thank you for you enquiry. According to our records neither the trees nor the land which they stand on are the responsibility of Bromley council. In order to find out who owns the land on which the tree in question stands, I suggest you contact Croydon Land Registry on 020 8781 9100.
