Please can you assign someone to cut the trees from the dump! Over hanging into our property, need to be cut back! Blocking sunlight.

The Council will not prune or remove trees in relation to the following:
• Branches overhanging properties. • Lack of light • Where a tree is thought be overly large • Interference with solar panels or satellite, TV, or other media reception • Branches and/or limbs in physical contact with telephone wires • Leaf fall • Fruit fall • Shedding of small twigs • Problems associated with pollen • Excreta caused by insects or birds • Obstruction of the view from house windows • As the home owner you can by common law cut back branches that overhang your airspace, but you will need to check if the tree is covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
