The railing is very dirty absolutely filthy. It has never being cleaned.

People with mobility issues cannot hold on to the metal railing because it's so dirty. It would contaminate their hands. I would appreciate if someone was sent to clean it.

  • Many thanks for your report.

    Cleaning of handrails does not fall within the scope of our street cleansing or graffiti removal services and as such we ordinarily would not undertake this work.

    On this occasion however, we have requested our service provider to undertake a clean.

    Please note that whilst we will do a cleans on the railing this time, it’s likely that any future request will be declined.
