Permit expired still traffic lights and barriers

These works have been going on since an accident 17th February road closure was 2-6 and 9-11June 8am to 5pm despite this they closed the road 12 and 13 June permits expire at 17-00 today but all lights and concrete bollards are still in place - network rail have had 4 months to resolve this the damaged wall is 10m plus from track and with fitted Arnco barriers they is no need for further restrictions- this is troublesome to commuters and the business’s who rely on free access for trade
