New yellow lines aren't non-slip

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7709209.

The newly painted double yellow lines where parts of Palmeira square have been resurfaced don't appear to have a non slip coating. Even if the dry they are quite slippery. They could literally be fatal for cyclists, pedestrians or motorcyclists if they get wet.
