Overhanging tree/shrub is too low

Sent to Bromley Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 7708838.

The overhanging shrub and tree is now hanging down so much you have to either duck under it or walk on the edge of the pavement to avoid being hit. Please can it be cut back to avoid any accidents. Thanks.
