Footpath blocked by gate and signage removed
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction caused by wall/building category anonymously at 10:58, Saturday 14 June 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7708491.
From the bath road, the footpath that should go down the field towards lockyer's grove has been blocked off by a large impenetrable gate next to the house.
If you turn the other way, across the other side of the road looking up into the field as if you're walking up the hilly field towards shipton grave lane, all signage that shows it's a public footpath has been removed from the gate, although it is still accessible.
Please could the signage be reinstated and the paths unblocked?
Many thanks, Lucy Horrocks
