Several bin bags full of rubbish have been dumped over fence

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7708194.

Despite contractors clearing some of the rubbish a couple of months ago these bags were not cleared. Also contractor left one of their collection bags further along path towards station.
