This neighbour is saving a parking place using comes parking inconsiderately or selfishly.

We all pay council tax and parking permits and none of us can save a space outside our own home. Why should he when spaces are scarce.

  • The resident at this address continues to save his own parking space with 3x cones. All residents would love to save the parking space outside their home but sadly this is not the way the permit works. Please advise this resident officially of his legal rights and the rights of others in the neighbourhood with the same parking permit which they also pay for.
