South St is a total tip (again)

L:ast chance before a formal complaint goes in.

Entire length South St a tip - stagnant, rubbish-filled water pools (long-blocked drains), flytipping & litter. It quite literally stinks in places.

And as reported endlessly, AMK clients continue to dump their residual crap on the pavement before handing back a clean van and the keys to AMK. There are two massive piles of flytipping opposite their business that block the pavement, reported, yet are still lying.

Leading question no. 1 is why have NRS mgt. still done absolutely nothing about this behaviour (like contact AMK management) after years of reporting?

No 2. is why this problematic street isn't on a scheduled, pro-active clean every 1/4 say? Or is that just too sensible.
