Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7705556.

Rang the council few times to complain about the situation each time they keep telling me it's on the list to be removed but it's still not been removed after a couple of months it's from an ex neighbor who was evicted I have had rats trying to get under my fence I have had to stop them getting in we are also inundated with Flys and other insects the smell is awful it needs to be sorted straight away
