Road outside my house has already been dug up 4 times now been spray painted right by my car to dig up again this is a massive problem for me as i cant get on and off my drive way the road gets shut off too

I have already complained before about the outside of my home workmen turn up dig up the road and part of the path outside my home without any warning whatsoever today the road has been sprayed for it to be dug out again this will be the 4th time I'm really concerned that no notice is given I cant get on or off my driveway. Because the street gets closed off too why is is it being dug up this many times this is worrying me that something is wrong outside my home
