Overgrown Hedge onto path

This hedge has been growing out for years onto the pathway, needs to be cut back to boundary please, must be half of path gone, cant walk side by side eg a blind person and carer.

  • Only half the problem resolved by the property who also just chuck debris branches off trees onto the grassland next to house, and this area still not cut back as viewed in photo as owned by council.
