Andover Road, west side between Grenache and Briscoe’s Road, overgrown vegetation makes it hard to pass, especially when passing people travelling in the other direction.

Please exercise duty under s130 Highways Act 1980 to resolve.

Because this is more problematic for people with disabilities, and younger people attending nearby childcare and education, please consider duties under Equality Act 2010 as well.
