Grass not being cut

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7694524.
I understand that we are paying for 12 grass cutting visits per year. Since 1 April we have received one cut on 15 May. That leaves 20 weeks - end of September - to carry out the remaining 11 visits. That works out to a visit around every two weeks. So it would appear that we are not receiving a grounds maintenance service that we are paying for. Would appreciate response on that and also let me know what date when we can expect grass cutting and strimming. Cunningham Gardens BS16 2NL

Council has not responded to my questions about frequency of services, what happens when services do not happen, what happens when service is of poor quality. We did receive a grounds maintenance visit this week, the standard was higher than I have ever seen. Well done. But our cleaner has not been given even a bucket, he has no idea what he has to do and I haven't been able to progress problem ( this has been on going for over 10 years).
