Damaged concrete bollard

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7694479.

Outside no 11 bertery cottage on single street a concrete post/slab has been knocked down from the base leaving the ground concrete exposed and sticking out causing a hazard, especially in the evenings when its dark. This got reported back in december ref 6881496 and fixed, but the same thing has happened. It keeps getting knocked by lorries/cars/vans due to it being a tight and small road.
