Metal Unit bumped

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7692873.

Previously reported and dismissed due to private land. Flytipping in this area IS a constant issue. It has been reported several time. The council won't clear it because its on 'Private land' however this area is used as a public highway and attracts anti-social behaviour if not maintain. Bristol Waste and Neighhood enforcements officers have been in contact with Sainsburys to sort the issue in previous years. Please can we esculate this issue to the right personnel that has the authority to resolve this on goining issue.
