Tree obscuring view of road and encroaching on footpath

The foliage at the base of this tree has now grown to obstruct part of the footpath outside 94 Kings Hall Road. It is also now blocking the view of the road for cars exiting driveways on the south side of this section of Kings Hall Road. WHICH, combined with the parked cars often in the road, is making it hard to safely exit driveways.
