Alleyway is blocked with weeds and a damaged wall

I and many others have reported the alleyway is overrun with weeds, brambles and rubbish. BB owns the land so is therefore obliged to maintain this right of way that all Newton Farm residents use. The area backs onto a large row of houses, all of which are blocked from using their rear entrances due to the weeds. The wall is only being held up by tree roots and likely to collapse soon
