Unpermitted roadworks problem

Customer reports that the Temporary TS at the location are out of sync with the permanent signals on the crossroads of Moorend Park Road and the Shurdington Road. Therefore, the traffic is unable to flow and is building up and getting stuck in the roadworks. The signals are currently unmanned, which was a measure introduced previously to prevent such an issue arising.
