Overflowing bins

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7688549.

Communal bins at Marlow Court haven’t been collected for weeks. Issue has been reported to the council website to no avail, and it says missed collection for a while now. The bins have scattered due to birds swarming and pecking at the bins. Parking spaces are now covered in rubbish.
