Overgrown Tree

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7687622.

Overgrown Tree is growing onto private property causing scraping and banging noises through the roof. This is keeping the occupier awake at night. This tree needs cutting back as soon as possible. This is likely to cause issues to the roof of the property if this carries on and will be billed to Kier the owners of the tree.

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
