The BT grid on the pavement outside 9 tollgate drive

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7682309.
The BT metal cover (3x2 feet approx) has sunk 3 inches. There is a deep ridge all around the cover and the surrounding tarmac is perishing away. It is a serious trip hazard, there are already red paint marks around the cover. There are a number of elderly people who walk this pavement, and it could certainly be something they trip on. In the dark it is even more dangerous.
