Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7681922.

Please: 1) Remove & sooner not later 2) Instruct all your sub-contractors NOT to leave behind any road junk 3) Check jobs on completion. If you find any residue put a hold on payment until it is cleared (and re-checked) 4) Include hefty penalty clauses in ALL sub-contracted roadwork - why does it cost council taxpayers TWICE for every job these days?

Which commonsense appears not be all that common in certain east-end offices...
