Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7681899.

And once again, joined-up thinking clearly not an NRS mgt forte.

I reported the overflowing bin (again). I noted that you needed to clear the overflow from said bin.

The bin has now been emptied (after it overflowed). No-one bothered their shirt however with the reported (inevitable) mess on the pavement / street. Why not?
