Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7681869.

So, GCC have been back again to cut grass (that doesn't necessarily need cut in this specific location) but opted not to remove the oft reported, abandoned roadwork sign on that very same plot? Got it.

Do NRS management / depts do joined-up thinking? It would seem not.

Of not removed soon, a formal complaint goes in to add the annual council committee review tally. Your choice.
