Sinking pavement, with cracks

There is movement in the pavement in front of the alley between Nos12 and 14 Westbourne Road, it is sinking with a crack. It's getting worse, the two photos show difference in a c.3 weeks. I've had surface survey done regarding my property (14) which didn't find a cause. Thames Water have confirmed they don't have pipes in the immediate vicinity. Could Bromley Council investigate, re under the pavement? Please call Heather Duncan 07808 1757. Thanks very much
