Driver left flat Hurley street got through road taped off to Holderness Road onto ings Road then went to the next entrance to park with no road went through gates and sped along footpath past wooden bridge onto grass alongside Rugby Pitch narrowly missing a mum and children he stopped at the gate to Hurley Street to open the other side of gate got back in his white Mini with patchwork he has a very noisy exhaust as well.
