Uneven roads causing noise/vibrations

Sent to Lambeth Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7677587.

Due to design of road, the purpose of 'speed reduction' is ineffective. Speeding buses, lorries, vans simply speed past without deterrence, causing much noise (due to friction from bricks) and lose bricks cause much vibrations to our block/flats - especially late at night. Perhaps a speed camera will be better instead? Please level the road. Vibrations are causing our shelves, cabinets, doors to vibrate in our houses.
