Path too narrow to pass with buggie/wheelchair

This hedge has grown over the footpath by over 2 feet making the path impossible to use with a buggie/wheelchair forcing them into the road. The new growth since taking this photo and it not being cut, now makes it I possible for a pedestrian to pass without being scratched. It would be appreciated if this could be attended to promptly to make it accessible to all.
