It’s all a joke !!!!!!!! Just top layer the road , it’s been an issue for 12 years of constant work just do a new road ! It’s a busy road . Will be keeping an eye and reporting it to the Oxfordshire news / Witney Gazette and parish council . And social media , that’s it’s in disgrace and never repaired !
