Staff parking on footpath in a blue Nissan Micra at evening/night making it imposible to get a vehicle as large as a ambulance/fire engine past and making pedestrians walk on the roadway-IRONIC as the CFRS put out a fire at these premisess- they could park in the evening os the carpet shop or in parking around the back
