Sent to Mid Sussex District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7675864.

The metal pole next to the public footpath next to Oak Tree primary school is lying on the path next to the entrance on Junction Road. It held the litter bin and no cycling sign for that area. I am concerned about it becoming a hazard now it is loose
