Large heap of rubbish next to street bin (again)

Another huge pile of domestic junk &, I suspect, garden refuse has appeared. Either that or it's still the last reported lot none of the umpteen council low-loaders (1/3rd full) that fly up and down Dumbarton Rd every day bothered to stop and uplift...

Now repeat after me:

1) 'All street bins are flytipping magnets'. 2) 'All hotspot streetbins need warning notices about flytipping next to them' - you know, like the small print I see the council added to all the new bin hubs...

Else, continue to play reactive whackamole, as per. (I wonder what NRS managers will choose...),
