Rubbish not collected for two weeks

Rubbish collection was missed last week which means the bins are full of almost two weeks worth of rubbish. This is a recurring problem, rubbish collections on middle road are often missed. This is the second time this happens in the last 6 weeks.
The longest time was 3 weeks of no rubbish collections which was u bearable as the street smelled awful and the foxes and seagulls
