Severe Flooding at Pedestrian Crossing

Sent to Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7673605.

The crossing lights replaced a crossing patrol person. Ever since the lights have been put in, everytime there is a heavy downpour it floods badly giving parents / children 2 options; get saturated (over ankle deep) or take a risk not using it whilst also running the risk of drivers drenching you as they pass anyway.
