Highchair and misc items dumped along path

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7672476.
This area needs to be cut regularly or people will keep dumping things here. The grass on the other side of the houses on Bay Gardens fairly often so could feasibly at the same time. If not, this will continue to happen where the grass is long and people think they can get away with tipping. It's less work in the long term if this back bit is kept tidy.
