Despite the reassurance of the 11th March it's now the 22nd of March and the hole is still NOT fixed. If I come off my motorcycle due to this pothole I will be claiming damages as you've had more than adequate time to resolve the problem!

It's now the 8th April, the fault was reported on the 12th February!!!! Is there a reason for simply continually requesting " updates from Streetscene" ? Surprised it's taken so long. As well as a pothole at the spot there's now also a two or three metre long groove in the road that's lethal to single track vehicles on a busy roundabout!

I can't believe that such a major roundabout is taking so long to repair. Since the initial report many more potholes have appeared all the way round the roundabout. This is very dangerous and traffic is swerving to avoid them. Surely this must be fixed soon after months of waiting????

You cannot mark this as fixed, it isn't fixed it's getting progressively worse daily, just do your job and repair it before someone is killed or seriously hurt!!!

Next course of action will be to direct the local MP to the demonstrable inefficiency of the "streetscene" team I think

Unbelievable that this can be marked as fixed when it clearly is not and is getting worse daily. I dread to think how long a minor road would take to fix if this is the speed of response to a major roundabout??!!

The report was marked as 'fixed' as we are aware that Streetscene have added the repairs to the works schedule. As advised previously, the work is done on a priority basis and when resources allow, Customer Services is not notified of start or completion dates so we cannot provide any further assistance on this occasion.

You cannot assign something as fixed until it's actually FIXED .... acknowledging the existence of the problem is NOT cause to assign it as fixed!!!
Only mark it as FIXED when ...... .guess what .... it's actually FIXED .... REPAIRED ... not a problem!!!!!
