Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7664816.

Between Forage Road and A48 junction, where should amend the road regulations. The road map might design a long time ago. It doesn't fit in the traffic nowadays. Drivers have been trying to overtake from the left side road due to impatient and restless driving. It caused risk of accidents and road safety. The incidents have been happening time to time. Please consider to change the road regulations.
