Inappropriate/dangerous parking during term time

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7663114.

An mass amount of cars parked either side of this road, either inappropriately or actually quite dangerously - for example, near junctions. Only seems to be during term time so guessing it's sixth form pupils at Prince Henry's. Surely this should be policed?
