TM arrangement poorly though out and managed

The temp lights need re phasing so that they let cars through equally. A large queue builds up heading from Grafton Regis toward stoke Bruerne but there is no queue coming the other way.

For the last 2 nights there has been no reason for the TM to remain in place as the workmen had gone home by half past 4. The only obstructio last night was the mini digger left parked in the highway.

Given the restrictions currently on the A43 at Towcester a more considerate TM should be put in place. Either out of hours working (9 till 3) or remove the TM when not in use.

At the very least a TM operative should be in attendance during the rush hour to make sure the traffic light phasing is balance.

Please can you review with Anglian water the TM arrangements as it is hard enough getting from Northampton to anywhere to the west with the current HS2 restrictions and the towcester contraflow on the A43.
