Please pass to relevant ahr covering this area. This footway has been closed since 28.04.2017 up to 28.04.2025 as per sign on wooden fence at Argyll Place end. Please confirm that this footway will remain closed off for the foreseeable future and arrange for an up to date poster to be placed at entrance to the footway.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
An update on the issue will be provided.
